My Book (Streemann)

First of all I would bow down to God who has given me the ability to think, write and understand the circumstances of others.

Then i would like to dedicate this book to my parents, my two elder brothers and my sister and brother-in-law who encouraged me to write.

I am very thankful for my writer friend Ashish Kumar aka ‘Shanky’ ‘s support also, who gave me proper guidance in presenting this book to everyone.

I would also like to express my gratitude to my friends – Alka Bharti, Geetanjali Verma, Ankita Jaiswal, Pankaj Pathak, Bharti Kumari, Neha Prasad, Vijeta Anshul, Kirti Pandey, Kashmiri Khandait, who encouraged me to write sometimes.

In the end, I would like to dedicate this book to all those who are willing to understand women and looking forward to read this work of mine.


This collection of poems entitled ‘Streemann’ focuses on the feelings of women.

Being a woman is a sweet and beautiful feeling but also full of struggles. No matter their class, place or country of origin, women face different problems, different social thinking and different rules. They have to pass through various parameters of society, so the certain feelings are common to all women in this world. This book is totally devoted to women and their sentiments. As a woman writer, i regard it as my duty to express the thoughts and feelings of other women like my own in my first-ever book.
